Headway Gauteng pride themselves on working within a multidisciplinary team and furthering their knowledge on brain injury from all disciplines. Headway Journal Club has 10 meetings a year, from February to November, on the last Wednesday of every month from 17h00 to 18h00.
On the 25th September, the speaker is Dr Lee Randall (OT) who did her doctoral thesis on the behaviour of minibus taxi drivers. The title of her talk is What is an occupational therapist doing in the road safety field? The imperative of road safety advocacy.
Headway Journal Club is accredited by the University of the Witwatersrand and offers 1 CPD point per talk. The entry fee is R40 and all are welcome.
