Thank you for your question. We have had examples of reports on Neuropsychology SA in the past and your question has made me think that we should do that again.
In the meantime, SACNA has some very good report-writing guidelines on their website (www.sacna.co.za) and if you e-mail me at sharon@neuropsychologysa.co.za I can send you a report example, too.
